KIP-916 — MM2 distributed mode flow log context

Adds a flow.context MDC key (e.g., [primary→backup]) and embeds the replication flow in Connect thread names when running MirrorMaker2 in dedicated mode. Multiple MM2 replication flows share identical connector and task names, making log lines and thread names indistinguishable across flows during troubleshooting.
