KIP-720 — Deprecate MirrorMaker v1

Accepted Kafka 3.0 MirrorMaker

KIP-720 officially deprecates MirrorMaker v1 with the intent to remove it in a future major release. MirrorMaker 2 (built on Kafka Connect) is a superset of v1 in functionality and reliability, and maintaining both implementations divides engineering effort.
