KIP-657 — Add Customized Kafka Streams Logo

Discussion Streams

Introduces a dedicated Kafka Streams logo (an otter design) separate from the general Apache Kafka logo to give the stream processing library a distinct visual identity. Using the Kafka logo for Streams caused confusion in technical comparisons with other streaming frameworks, as it does not visually convey the stream processing component.
