KIP-364 — Remove implicit Materialized, Consumed and Produced

Proposes making Materialized, Consumed, and Produced implicit in the Kafka Streams Scala API, eliminating boilerplate SerDes in DSL calls; superseded by KIP-365. Users of the Streams Scala DSL had to explicitly pass Materialized/Consumed/Produced objects carrying SerDes information to nearly every DSL operator, despite Scala's implicit resolution being capable of inferring them.
