KIP-181 — DescribeGroups Protocol Enhancement

KIP-181 extends the `DescribeGroups` response to include additional group metadata: `generationId`, `leaderId`, supported protocols, and per-member subscribed topics. The existing v1 response exposes only a limited member summary, preventing admin tools from displaying complete consumer group state without making additional internal requests.
