KIP-1260 — Enable ProducerPerformance to abort transactions

Adds a --transaction-abort-rate command-line option to the ProducerPerformance tool, enabling random transaction aborts at a configurable rate during benchmarking. The tool supports transactional producers but has no way to simulate abort scenarios, making it impossible to measure abort overhead, throughput impact, or recovery behavior under realistic fault conditions.
