KIP-1232 — Deprecate broker.id config
Accepted BrokerKRaft
Deprecates the legacy broker.id configuration in favor of node.id, which was introduced by KIP-631 as the canonical node identifier in KRaft mode. Since ZooKeeper removal (KIP-500), broker.id serves only as a synonym for node.id, and retaining both creates confusion for operators configuring KRaft clusters.
